Brian shown yesterday to repair the a/c at my daughters place in Orleans, on Roxdale.
In the age of, screw it, buy a new one, it was a pleasure to see someone with the intelligence and ability to be able to repair the line.
I'm sort of the old school way, and believe as a society if we all made a bit more effort to fix rather than just saying screw it, and put it a new one, we would all be better off.
Especially the nature of the repair was difficult, everything in such a tough location to get near, and the repair was certainly one most others would not even have attempted.
I appreciate quality workmanship, and extra effort. Your service tech Brian went the extra step, and he was also very honest and attentive.

Premier Comfort - It's a toss-up as to which half of the company's name is its greater strength. My wife, Elke and I approached Premier on a recommendation from our Energy Auditor. We had already lined up several contractors after some preliminary "shopping around" but Premier left us with the confidence we needed to move ahead with the next step. We ended up replacing our ancient furnace, AC and water tank with high efficiency units (including a tankless water heater, thanks Eric). The installation was flawless. I was very impressed with your “Team of Professionals” (and I do mean professionals) who installed my new furnace. Not only did they arrive on time they took extreme care not to damage my wood floors by covering them from the entrance into the basement. They also took the time to explain the all the programmable control functionalities of the new thermostat instead of just handing me the manual.
