  • What is included in your A/C maintenance service?

    Our A/C maintenance service includes:


    1. Cycle A/C system upon arrival.
    2. Ensure CFM is properly adjusted on furnace blower (400 CFM per ton).
    3. Verify filter is clean (very important, otherwise your pressure readings will not be the same!).
    4. Clean and check condenser coil.
    5. Clean and check evaporator coil (check only if it requires cleaning, some additional labor might apply – depends on the complexity of the job).
    6. Clean and check contactor.
    7. Check that fan amps are lower than rating plate specs.
    8. Check that compressor amps seem good and lower than rating plate specs and/or are within range.
    9. Check that refrigerant charge is okay PSI.
    10. Ensure super-heat and sub-cooling are within 10°.
    11. Check that electrical connections are solid and that solderless connections are in good shape.
    12. Inspect the capacitor's physical appearance and perform an Mfd test.
    13. Verify wires are in good condition.

    All these components are meticulously checked, noted, and documented on a comprehensive checklist. A copy of this checklist is provided to the client for their records, ensuring transparency and accountability in our service. 


    This detailed approach not only helps us track the condition of your A/C system but also enables us to provide you with accurate information about its maintenance and any recommended repairs or adjustments.

  • How long does A/C installation take?

    A/C installation times can vary based on several factors, such as the size and complexity of your home, the type of A/C unit being installed, and any additional ductwork or electrical work required. In some cases, installations can be completed in a single day, while others may take longer. 


    Our experienced technicians will assess your specific needs and provide you with a timeline for your installation. We strive to complete installations efficiently while ensuring the highest quality workmanship.
